We have developed a relationship with a third party administrator to provide affordable, flexible and customized 401(k)/profit sharing services. Your employees could benefit from our commitment, resources, and experience to establish a retirement plan for your business.
- Keep fees at a minimum. We are big believers that fees matter in terms of fund performance. We receive no fees from anyone other than you, the plan provider, and our fees will not vary based on the mix of investments chosen by the plan participants. This independence keeps us flexible and objective.
- Conduct quality employee education. The best investment plan in the world does nothing for employees if they do not have a clear understanding of the need and ways to plan for their retirement. Our employee education program is geared toward the non-investor, and is designed so that employees will not feel intimidated by a subject that may be unfamiliar.
